Digital strategy or business strategy for a digital reality? Undoubtedly the latter. The new digital ecosystem in which we are immersed obliges us to think of any entrepreneurial initiative in a very different manner to how we have traditionally done.
Understanding this ecosystem, or at least beginning to get an idea of it, is the goal of this session, in which we will attempt to achieve:
– An understanding of the dynamics of the digital world.
– A vision of what decisions should be taken in the digital age in order to at least play and, if possible, win.
– A discourse to mobilize a business with the development of the digital opportunity.
